We maintain business insurance (copy provided upon request). Additionally, we are covered by Worker’s Comp. Evidence of these two types of insurance is critical. As a homeowner, you should require proof of insurance from any type of contractor or subcontractor working on your premises, whether it’s a one-time project or repeat job.
